In 2003, we sold one of our favorite places, the beach house. We’d been there for over a decade, but the work was overtaking the fun & relaxing. Fast-forward almost another decade and things have changed: there’s more help to be found, there’s Internet access, an extended ferry schedule, and… our place was for sale again!
The view (here, of Jack Island) was the same, the families on either side were still there, and the Lopi wood-burning stove was still cranking out heat for Dave’s pyro needs. We were happy to see signs of spring, as we prepped the place for visitors.
Now, we’re off to break the place in but good. Here’s what we’ll be looking at, if anybody’s up in time:
