We ran up to Whistler with friends before the snow disappeared. Look, there it is, for the moment, just before spring break in BC hits with full force and melts it all.
The village was just at or above freezing, the snow was still many meters deep, and the change of pace and company were lovely.
We all enjoyed outings to the new Audain Museum with its wide selection of First Nations art and Emily Carr paintings, in a beautiful setting, and to a new spot for appetizers and drinks, Bar Oso. And there was much relaxing, reading, a new board game, Paperback, good ski conditions, and pleasant times all round.
